Laura Finstad

Laura Finstad served as the President of NYRA-DC during the Takoma Park voting age campaign. For a time, she was very active and acomplished a great deal. Finstad was one of NYRA's most public leaders, and she was featured in several newspaper articles. Laura was elected to the board in August 2003. She slowly became less and less active, and only attended four meetings during her term on the board. Finstad has since married, and is no longer a part of the movement.
