Jay Leff

Jay Leff is an 18-year-old from Burlington, Vermont. Currently, he is the President of the NYRA-VT chapter and works on the police commission as the youth representative in Burlington. He is a co-founder of Youth For Democracy, a group dedicated to fostering a dialogue between youth and politicians, and has worked on various political campaigns. He is very interested in civil rights, and is currently working vigorously on lowering the drinking age in Vermont. Jay served on the NYRA Board of Directors from 2005-2006.
